Well hello there. My name is Morgan and this is my blog. I’m a college student who doesn’t have enough time in the day and this blog often reflects that, but I post when I can.
I live in the forest in the Pacific Northwest where I spend most of my time doing science and enjoying the outdoors and stuff.
My main academic interest is studying nutrition. I’m just trying to learn how to eat healthy and make it simple. If I had to summarize my dietary philosophy it would center on two main rules: 1) Eat nutritious food and 2) Minimize dietary toxins. What constitutes nutritious food and dietary toxins if of course a more complicated question. Every answer leads to more questions right?
