About Me

Morgan Pfiffner is a nutrition researcher from the Pacific Northwest with a Master’s degree in Nutritional Science.

His main areas of interests relate to how diet and lifestyle, heart disease, biological gases, and mitochondria are interrelated. Morgan feels weird when writing about himself in the third person.

Importantly, this blog began early in my nutrition education and older posts may not completely reflect my views at present.

    Excellent blog.
I’m not a professional in nutrition, but I’ve been reading nutrition journals for over 30 years. My main qualifications are in stats, research methodology and philosophy of science. The scientific standards in nutrition have been mediocre and I expect you will raise them considerably. You are a natural and will do very well provided you can navigate the minefield of vested interests.
Best wishes and please keep blogging,
